more relaxed getting ready routing…breakfast is more relaxed…more time for reading. In general, I just love it when it feels less rushed.
I also like to get in a good 1/2 hour of housework because it feels like a good way to get my body moving.

Sleeping in for a change and a good cup of coffee while listen to a good message along with praise music. So you can get some of the housework done.

Watching some good infomercials. I don’t actually buy stuff but since I was a kid I have loved watching all the infomercials that are on Saturday morning.

Breakfast! Growing up, Saturday morning was when Mom fixed a huge breakfast. It usually consisted of pancakes, eggs, bacon or sausage. It always tasted so good after working hard, doing chores in the barn.

Video skype conversation with my parents! I love that technology today makes it possible for me to have a “face-to-face” conversation with my parents every week!

I love sleeping in on Saturday mornings. Then I always enjoy a mug of nice hot coffee (with cream and diet sweetener). Those mornings are perfect mornings.

I can appreciate sleeping in a little later on Saturday than the rest of the week. But I generally am a morning person. This has changed since I’ve been sharing a house with my brother, who happens to be a night owl, but I feel I do best if I rise early and go to bed no later than midnight.
Once I wake up on a Saturday morning, I typically drink a few cups of coffee, and then start my day. I usually start cleaning the kitchen, running laundry, and folding clothes. Then I usually start recording a song and finishing whatever was left from the night before.

Watching old cartoons with my sister. We recently discovered a channel that shows the Magic School Bus and Babar on Saturday mornings – although I usually sleep through them.

Being allowed to get up on my own time….even if I still wake up at 5:00 a.m.! Being able to stay home and not be required to go somewhere…except when my children have a basketball game.
