Something yummy and lesure-ly to eat and enjoy!
This morning, I was really productive in cleaning up my apartment as I’m looking forward to what the rest of the day will hold. Anyways, ended up eating some leftover fish and chips that we’re in my fridge, which is an odd breakfast (don’t think I’ve ever eaten fish for breakfast), but it was pretty tasty!

Pancakes or crepes. Mmm, I may have to embark on making one of those this morning . . .

Start with a leisurely cup of tea, pastry, and some melon or berries. A few hours later, after accomplishing some things, more fruit, tea, and this time, perfect chocolate cake. Or maybe instead of cake, home-made hashbrowns with onions, peppers, and cheese.

I like to take things slowly on Saturday mornings, so I would wake up with lots of fresh coffee, and then move on to a brunch of eggs, bacon, toast, and fresh fruit. Or maybe some pancakes or French toast…I love breakfast food!

Now that there are 12 paws in my pack… I would like breakfast in bed. It seems only fair since every Sunday is can dog food day.

I enjoy mornings sat with a good cup of freshly brewed coffee in the garden especially if I do not have to go to work. I actually think the vegetation speak to me!!!, They make my day with their beauty.

Coffee 2 eggs over easy bread and orange juice are my ideal morning start up.

mmmm locally grown, hand crafted Eggs Benedict from Nicks on Broadway with some of their french press coffee and delicious sweet potato home fries. So delicious that I might have to go there in the morning!
Waffles are good too!

@chrisbak3r – that was my first thought too when I read the question.
French-pressed cup of coffee, eggs and turkey bacon and/or fruit is the perfect breakfast for weekends, or any day of the week.

An everything omlet. French toast is always good too. As long as I don’t have to go anywhere in the morning, anything slow is good.

I’d have to go with the pancakes/crepes/waffles theme and some fruit. Orange juice makes it perfect. Coffee is always good, too.

French Toast is my favorite breakfast food. But it must be done right. A little cinnamon and vanilla mixed in the egg batter, dipped just enough to coat the bread (not soggy) and cooked over a slow grill to perfection. (Must not be undercooked) Nothing worse than gooey French Toast!

Milchkaffee (German coffee that is like a latte but with more milk). Creamy, smooth, and XXL. mmmm
Pancakes with chocolate chips and real blueberries. Made in fun shapes, served with PB & warm syrup.
Or, a dish the Germans call Farmer’s Skillet and I’ve just discovered as “Hoppel Poppel” in the U.S.

OR
Homemade buttermilk pancakes with my mother’s warm raspberry orange sauce. You haven’t lived…

* Cracker Barrel — french toast (or pancakes), scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, and coffee (keep it coming!)
{or Pancake Pantry, although the one in Gatlinburg has better food than the tourist-destination one here in Nashvegas}
{or the Pfunky Griddle, located in Berry Hill, where you make your own pancakes on a hibachi-like table — you side around the “griddle”}
* at home (i fix it) — Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, scrambled eggs, and coffee
@ Mom & Dad’s — homemade donuts or a Momelette (Mom makes the omelette) or overnight cinnamon french toast and sausage balls (the latter combo is usually part of our Christmas morning brunch with the extended family) — and, of course, coffee

First – coffee.
I’d have to say fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, and biscuits, all covered in sausage gravy.
Of course, served sometime around noon.

How do I decide? As far as an egg dish I like green chile egg casserole. My orange rolls are usually a hit. I would probably pick baked french toast with orange marmalade sauce/syrup. I have been trying several new waffle recipes lately.
Orange juice and coffee would have to be on the menu.
Wish I had more Saturdays off to enjoy it.
