Psalm 27, specifically verse 14.
The book of Ruth is one of my favorites because she was also a foreign woman living in a country that wasn’t her own. The Israelites had so many terrible stereotypes of Moabite women, but by the end of the book they recognized that she was righteous, upright and a worthy example.

That’s tough! Does anyone really have just ONE verse? I know we all go through different seasons in our walks, and as the Lord works in our hearts, different verses at different times will have more of an impact on us.
The few verses the Lord has been teaching me about during this season is…
‘My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.’ James 1:2-4
Jeremiah 29:11! : ) I like That God not only promises a future, but that it’s also a good one, full of hope! : )
Romans 12:1-2 I wish I was actually good at following Paul’s advice in those verses tho. So often I forget that I should be set apart, and how much so.
I know it’s quoted a lot but I love Proverbs 3:5-6. I go to that one so often and it’s just so encouraging.
Psalm 42:7-8
Deep calls to deep
at the roar of your waterfalls;
all your breakers and your waves
have gone over me.
By day the LORD commands his steadfast love,
and at(D) night his song is with me,
a prayer to the God of my life.
Current favorite verse: Micah 6:8
“He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the LORD require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?”
It changes fairly often depending on the season.
Could one of my favorite verses be. . Zephaniah 3:17?
“The Lord your God is with you, He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love.”
Isaiah 6:8 “And the Lord said, ‘Whom shall I send, who will go for us?’ I said, ‘here am I, send me.’”
I’m with Amazing_Grace and countingitjoy – mine changes frequently. A favorite for the past year, though, has been I John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light as himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.”

Isaiah 53 has to be my absolute favorite, though there have been other verses I have carried close at times. There is nothing more beautiful than the gift of Scripture placed in your heart at the moment you need it most.

Tough to choose just one favorite. So many are dear to me. Psalm 66:16 is one. Isaiah 65:24 is another.
When I sought deliverance from a stronghold I had put myself in emotionally, I prayed Psalm 28:6-7 a lot.
Countingitalljoy, Micah 6:8 is one of mine, too. My church just did a phenomenal sermon series based on that verse! Galations 2:20 is another one. I have more, but those two come to mind first.
